A.G. Mohan was a personal student of Sri T. Krishnamacharya for 18 years, from 1971 to 1989.
He was also the co-founder of the Krishnamacharya Yoga Mandiram (in Chennai, in 1976). He was its Honorary Secretary from its inception till the master's demise in 1989. He was also the convener of Sri Krishnamacharya's centenary celebrations.
He is the author of Yoga for Body, Breath and Mind (1993) and the co-author, along with his wife and son, of Yoga Therapy (2004). He has translated the Yoga Yajnavalkya, one of the most important classical texts on yoga.
The details of his study are described by Sri Krishnamacharya himself in his personal foreword to Sri Mohan's book Yoga for Body, Breath and Mind.
Indra Mohan was one of the few people to receive a post-graduate diploma in Yoga from Sri T. Krishnamacharya. She has been teaching and practicing Yoga for over 25 years. She is known for her skill as a yoga therapist.
The Mohans live in Chennai in South India where they continue to teach and practice.

Ganesh Mohan

Ganesh Mohan, son of A.G. Mohan and Indra Mohan, was trained from childhood in yoga and other related areas such as Vedic chanting. He is a doctor, formally trained in both modern medicine and Ayurveda. He is the co-author of the Mohans' latest book, Yoga Therapy. He is deeply interested in the profound wisdom of the Yogasutras of Patanjali, which he continues to study and teach.

Nitya Mohan

Nitya Mohan, daughter of A.G. Mohan and Indra Mohan, was trained in yoga from a young age. She holds a degree in music and is an exponent of Vedic chanting. She has conducted seminars and given concerts in Germany, France, Switzerland, United States, Australia and Singapore. She runs the Svastha training program in Singapore. She has also released audio cassettes and CDs on Vedic chanting and the Yogasutras of Patanjali.
